Trypsin is a proteolytic enzyme, which specifically cleaves positively charged side chains with lysine and arginine. The optimum pH is 8.0. Trypsin is inhibited by natural inhibitors from pancreas. Calcium ion retards trypsin autolysis and promotes activation of trypsinogen. Ultrapure Trypsin has been further purified by affinity chromatography to remove trace contamination.
Trypsin 1: 250 is a substance containing lower activity Trypsin. Other than Trypsin 1: 250, There is a similar and popular product called Trypsin 1: 300.
Trypsin 1: 250 is extracted from porcine pancreas or bovine pancreas, according to customers' requirement, and further processed by advanced separation and purification technology, to get high quality products.
Function of Trypsin Powder :

Chymotrypsin is a proteolytic enzyme,which preferentially catalyzes the hydrolysis of peptide bonds involving L-isomers of tyrosine, phenylalanine and tryptophan.The optimum pH is 8.0.The enzyme is inhibited by heavy metals, the natural trypsin inhibitors to various degrees.
Ultrapure Chymotrypsin is extracted from bovine pancreas and has been further purified by an affinity chromatography to remove trace contaminating proteases.
Chymotrypsinogen is the zymogen form of chymotrypsin. It belongs to the molecular class of serine protease. The molecular weight of Chymotrypsinogen is 25000 Da. Chymotrypsinogen is purified by several crystallization stages, and shows a single band on SDS-PAGE.
Function of Chymotrypsin Powder :
Used for wound healing after trauma or surgery, anti-inflammatory and prevent local edema, hematocele, sprain hematoma, edema after breast surgery, Otitis media, rhinitis, corneal ulcer, lacrimal duct disease, trauma, eyelid edema, hemorrhage and vitreous hemorrhage, chronic bronchitis and bronchiectasis, Lung abscess and snake bites.
