Then the soapstock is supplemented with saponification to improve its physical properties and separate oryzanol. Alkaline methanol can dissolve oryzanol sodium salt and fatty acid soap, but not dissolve bran wax, fatty alcohol, sterol and other unsaponifiable matter, so that oryzanol sodium salt and viscous material unsaponifiable matter are separated. Then use weak organic acid to decompose oryzanol sodium salt and reduce oryzanol to obtain the product.
